TixTrack

TixTrack Australasia, a partnership between TixTrack Inc. (US) and the Michael Cassel Group, is Australia and New Zealand’s provider of cutting-edge SaaS ticketing solutions. Our platforms are purpose-built to cater to live entertainment and attractions based cultural organisations, specialising in timed entry, general admission, and reserved seating applications.

With over 5 million tickets already delivered across Australia and New Zealand, we proudly serve notable clients such as Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Art Gallery of NSW, Auckland Zoo, Canberra Theatre Centre and Brisbane Festival. Our desire to launch a SaaS ticketing offering to the Australian & New Zealand market was predicated on the belief that the current market is inadequately serviced by inexperienced or outdated system providers. Our approach is to help you deliver the right ticket to the right customer at the right price. This means providing ticket access to best in class third party resellers, CRM systems and other platforms as a fundamental building block to your overall digital solution.

The ability to meet and exceed consumer expectations and are intuitively easy to learn are foundational to the design and operations at TixTrack. Whether it’s Ticketure (Timed Entry) or Nliven (Reserve Seating), our ticketing solutions are browser based, API driven, and mobile-first platforms. Futureproofing ticketing for your organisation.

By bringing your ticketing in-house and implementing purpose-built solutions, TixTrack Australasia can elevate your ticketing experience for both your customers and your wider team.
