As Head of Marketing, Julie Ott oversees the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for the company’s theatrical and live entertainment productions, including strategic planning, sales and ticketing, creative advertising, integrated and interactive marketing, media, publicity, sponsor, tourism and stakeholder management and market research.
Prior to joining the Michael Cassel Group in May 2014, Julie served as Director of Marketing for Disney Theatrical Group in Australia, overseeing the highly successful campaigns for the company’s productions of Mary Poppins and The Lion King. In addition, Julie supported marketing initiatives to support the company’s touring productions of Disney on Ice and Disney Live!
Prior roles included general manager and account manager roles with tourism, travel and online marketing agencies.
A native of Atlanta, USA, Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA Honours Degree in Theatre and Media Communications from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
