Ticketing Services Representative
Mark joins Tixtrack Australasia with over twelve years’ experience in the ticketing industry. He comes to the Michael Cassel Group from Tixtrack Inc where he worked for almost two years. His previous roles included seven years with Ticketek as an Event Manager and Systems Support and working as a helpdesk agent for the call centre.
Prior to 2010, Mark worked in Europe for 6 years, teaching English and working in the hospitality industry.
