THIS ONE’S GOING STRAIGHT TO THE POOL ROOM.
THE CASTLE brings one of the greatest Australian films to the stage in a new theatrical play packed with heart, humour and plenty of Kerrigan family charm.
Co-produced by Michael Cassel Group and Working Dog Productions — the original creators of the beloved film — this new adaptation brings Darryl, Sal, Dale and the rest of the family to life with all the authenticity, warmth and wit that made them household names.
Join the family as they take on a battle no one saw coming to protect the home they love. Filled to the brim with big laughs and the unmistakable spirit of the Aussie battler, THE CASTLE is a warm, joyful and uplifting celebration of family, community and the ultimate pursuit of serenity.
THE CASTLE will premiere in Melbourne at Her Majesty’s Theatre from March 2027 for a strictly limited season. Performances from 23 March to 18 April 2027 are on sale now.
