Michael joins TixTrack Australasia with over 10 years’ experience in account management and client services roles. No stranger to live entertainment and ticketing, Michael has 5 years’ experience with TEG, including Eventopia as a Client & Event Manager, and with Ticketek as a Marketing Account Manager specifically for their marketing alliance partnerships.

Prior to joining the Michael Cassel Group, Michael was working in the craft beer industry. He helped launch a craft beer dedicated marketing agency as well as a content and retail platform in partnership with News Corp.

With a more sporting lens, Michael has managed client onboarding and support for league and venue management solutions both in Australia and the UK, event managed social sporting leagues, and worked at the Wimbledon Championships as a retail manager.
